Summer is sequel season, but not all offerings are as absurd as Hollywood's typical rehashings. The upcoming second issue of On Scene will arrive in your mailbox shortly, and it is designed to help you expand your knowledge of all things ! OEC.  It includes a look at femur fractures (and the splints that are so critical to providing the appropriate emergency care), "interrogation" tactics for potential brain injuries, and an in-depth examination of heat illnesses among other topics.
